Taught by expert instructors with genuine, real-world emergency experience, the course equips participants with the vital skills, knowledge, and confidence required to manage a wide range of medical emergencies promptly and effectively. This fully regulated training can be delivered at our dedicated facility in Sheerness, Kent, or directly at your own site, provided the facilities are suitable.

Course Objectives

  • Understand the legalities, responsibilities, and reporting requirements of a designated workplace first aider.

  • Conduct a rapid, safe, and effective primary survey and secondary assessment of any emergency situation.

  • Administer immediate lifesaving first aid to an unresponsive casualty, deliver effective CPR, and safely operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

  • Recognise and confidently manage major illnesses and injuries, including heart attacks, strokes, severe bleeding, shock, asthma, fractures, and spinal trauma.
